How long will my bag take to arrive?
Products in stock will be dispatched within 2 working days of payment being received, and expected courier delivery times within NZ are a further 1-3 days. Orders shipped outside New Zealand will take longer depending on the country they are going to, and the carrier(s) delivery schedule.
Made to Orders are to be confirmed with Gruntled first, and payment or part payment on arrangement made before making begins. Completion times will be discussed before confirming order, and may be several weeks in 2019 as Jodi juggles other commitments.
Do you use secure shipping?
Your order will be sent signature required as standard, please let Gruntled know if you wish otherwise, non-signature deliveries are at your own risk. Shipping details with a tracking number will be advised to you on dispatch.
What payment methods can I use?
Payment can be made by credit card via secure Paypal, or by Paypal account on the website. We can also provide internet banking details on request.
What are your Warranty terms?
Gruntled bags are made with high quality materials, using skilled manufacturing techniques. Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from purchase against defects in materials or manufacture. This does not include natural markings in the leather (see Leather / Care page), normal wear from use, particularly rubbing; softening of the leather through use, or damage caused by abnormal use such as overloading.
Please contact us if you have a problem, and we will assess the product and communicate with you on proceeding with a replacement, repair or refund. We may request photos to assess, and will refund any shipping costs for accepted warranty claims.
Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
Gruntled is not obliged to provide a refund on ‘changes of mind’ for ready made products, but will consider an exchange or return on a case-by-case basis, contact us to discuss.
Made to Orders are not able to be exchanged or refunded, except if covered under Warranty.
Do you have stockists or a showroom?
Upper Hutt - The Crypt Keeper's Closet, Princes St (next to Grind Coffee Lounge), open Thur -Sun.

Do you have satchels, business bags, unisex styles or wallets?
Not yet… however watch this space as Gruntled grows to expand it’s product range. Keep an eye on our facebook page for new product announcements. Search ‘gruntled bags’ on facebook to find us!
Do you repair bags?
We are happy to assess any Gruntled bags for repair beyond the warranty period. Depending on the repair required there will be a fee charged for repairs.
We do not repair bags of other brands –try your local bag and shoe repair outlet.
I’ve designed a bag, or want something completely different, will you make it for me?
Due to the time and cost involved in making production patterns and sampling, bespoke manufactured bags are expensive to produce. We are open to serious enquiries, expect two or more times the cost of a similar Gruntled bag to make a bespoke bag unique to you.
I like a Gruntled bag, but want an extra pocket… can you do that?
Yes, we are able to make some variations to existing styles on a Made to Order basis. There is likely to be an additional cost depending on the alteration. See the Made to Order page for more details.
